Advertising and analytics platforms. Where you submit a lead form on a social media platform, that platform (for example Meta Platforms, Inc.) also receives and processes your submission under its own privacy policy. We may share limited, hashed conversion data with advertising platforms to measure advertising performance.
Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where necessary.
Legal and safety reasons. Where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this Privacy Policy.

As stated in Section 4, mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from all sharing for third party marketing or promotional purposes without exception.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will honor that request except where we are required or permitted by law to keep it.
